How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by visiting the customer portal.
Once you have logged in simply click Manage Subscriptions from the right hand side of the page.
* Please ensure that you are contacting the correct company regarding your subscription. Other companies have names that include the word “Java” or begin with J-A-V, but there is only one JAVY. Only this JAVVY website is able to assist you in managing your JAVVY order or subscription. Other companies that offer coffee or tea products will not be able to help you with your JAVVY order.
