We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To process your return, you’ll need a Javvy-issued return label. If you’re returning multiple boxes or orders, please request a unique return label for each. Be sure to provide your order number when requesting a return label to ensure a smooth process.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns:

Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
