There is approximately 170mg per serving of magnesium citrate. We use a highly absorbable form of magnesium (magnesium citrate) to support overall electrolyte balance. That said, if the person knows they are sensitive to magnesium citrate, we recommend checking in with their healthcare provider before using it.
