Ingredients
- 100g frozen banana
- 250ml milk
- 30g protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate (We suggest Mocha Flavored)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth
- Use any milk or protein powder of choice
- Use more or less of anything depending on how you like the taste and consistency
