    You can easily reactivate your subscription by visiting the customer portal.

    Once you have logged in simply click Manage Subscriptions from the right hand side of the page.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page, here you will find all active and past subscriptions. Simply select reactive for the subscription you would like to renew!

    How do I cancel my Javvy Coffee subscription?

    You can easily cancel your subscription by visiting the customer portal.

    Once you have logged in simply click Manage Subscriptions from the right hand side of the page.

    How can I edit my subscription?

    You can update the items in your subscription as well as the frequency right in the customer portal!

    How can I skip the next order delivery on my subscription?

    You can skip the next order on your subscription in our customer portal and selecting "Manage Subscriptions" from there you will be able to change your frequency or skip a shipment!
