
Bananas Fosters Coffee

Savor the classic flavors of Bananas Foster in a delicious coffee form with this indulgent recipe. Perfect for adding a touch of sweetness and sophistication to your morning routine or as a comforting treat to unwind with in the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz.) milk of choice
- 1-2 teaspoon Javvy Coffee Concentrate (we recommend using any caramel flavor)
- 1-2 tablespoons Javvy Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and ground cinnamon, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbling.
- Add the sliced bananas to the skillet with the butter and sugar mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently, until the bananas are softened and caramelized.
- n a separate mug or glass, combine the Javvy Coffee Concentrate, milk, and Javvy Vanilla Coffee Syrup. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Pour the caramelized bananas and any remaining sauce from the skillet into the coffee mixture. Stir gently to incorporate the banana flavor throughout the coffee.
- If desired, top the Bananas Foster Coffee with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon .
