This Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte brings the classic pairing of chocolate-covered strawberries to a whole new level. Perfect for a cozy evening or a special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons Javvy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon of Javvy Mocha Syrup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy cream
- Fresh strawberries
- 8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
- Ice
Directions
- Pour the sliced strawberries into your glass, and with the help of a muddler, smash them until it forms a puree.
- Fill the glass with ice and milk. Set aside.
- In a separate container, froth the heavy cream, Javvy Coffee Concentrate, Mocha Syrup and brown sugar, until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Add the coffee to the strawberry milk, stirring gently.
- Garnish the latte with fresh strawberries, and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
