1-2 tsp or Javvy Mocha Coffee Concentrate
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup of milk of choice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Syrup
1/4 cup chocolate chips, for topping (optional)

Directions

Preheat the waffle maker; grease with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine with Javy Coffee Concentrate and 1/3 cup hot water, stirring until coffee dissolves.

Add baking mix, chocolate chips, milk, egg, and oil. Whisk together until well combined.

Cook, in batches, according to the manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and times may vary).

Carefully remove waffles from the waffle iron, and keep them warm in the oven. Serve with syrup and garnish with chocolate morsels, if desired.
