Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Collagen Creamer
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Caramel Syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, for topping
- 1/2 cup granola, for topping
- Fresh fruits, chia seed, honey (optional, for topping)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with Javy Coffee Collagen Creamer, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate container, combine the other cup of greek yogurt, Javy Coffee Concentrate and Javy Caramel Syrup.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour half of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to form a base layer.
- Sprinkle granola, sliced almonds, and any topping of your choice over the yogurt layer. Press them gently into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
- Pour the remaining yogurt mixture over the toppings and spread it evenly to create a second layer. This will sandwich the crunchy toppings between the two layers of yogurt.
- Sprinkle additional granola, sliced almonds, or toppings of choice on top for added texture and visual appeal.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until it's completely set.
- Once the yogurt bark is fully frozen, remove it from the freezer. Using a sharp knife or hands, cut it into bark-sized pieces.
