Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Collagen Creamer
  • 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1-2 tablespoons Javy Caramel Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, for topping
  • 1/2 cup granola, for topping
  • Fresh fruits, chia seed, honey (optional, for topping)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with Javy Coffee Collagen Creamer, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
  2. In a separate container, combine the other cup of greek yogurt, Javy Coffee Concentrate and Javy Caramel Syrup.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour half of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to form a base layer.
  4. Sprinkle granola, sliced almonds, and any topping of your choice over the yogurt layer. Press them gently into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
  5. Pour the remaining yogurt mixture over the toppings and spread it evenly to create a second layer. This will sandwich the crunchy toppings between the two layers of yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle additional granola, sliced almonds, or toppings of choice on top for added texture and visual appeal.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until it's completely set.
  8. Once the yogurt bark is fully frozen, remove it from the freezer. Using a sharp knife or hands, cut it into bark-sized pieces.
