Ingredients

  • 1-2 teaspoon Javvy Coffee Concentrate - Brownie Batter
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 egg yolk (fresh, pasteurized)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey, sugar, or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water (optional, for a slight fizz)
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Whisk the egg yolk: In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolk with sweetener and vanilla extract until it becomes pale and frothy.
  2. Heat the milk: Warm the milk without boiling, then slowly whisk it into the egg mixture to temper it.
  3. Froth it up: Use a frother or whisk to make the egg-milk mixture extra creamy and frothy.
  4. Javvy Coffee: pour the Coffee Concentrate into a serving cup.
  5. Combine: Slowly pour the frothed egg-milk mixture over the coffee. If using sparkling water, pour it in gently before adding the milk.
  6. Top & enjoy: Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon for a finishing touch. Stir before drinking and savor the silky richness!
