Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Instant Protein Coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia
  • 2 tablespoons Javy Mocha syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dark chocolate for hard cover (optional)
  • Toppings: seeds, nuts or fruit of preference (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk of choice, Javy Instant Protein Coffee and Javy Mocha syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
  2. You can sprinkle a dash or cinnamon or cocoa powder, to enhance the flavor.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
  4. If you desire a hard chocolate cover, melt some dark chocolate and pour it over the chilled pudding before serving. Let it set in the refrigerator. it will provide a satisfying crunch to complement the creamy texture of the pudding.
  5. If desired, top with nuts or fruit before serving.
