High Protein Mocha Chia Pudding

This High Protein Mocha Chia Pudding is perfect as a breakfast, treat, or midday snack. The combination of chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, and mocha coffee creates a delicious and protein-packed option to satisfy any indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Instant Protein Coffee
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia
- 2 tablespoons Javy Mocha syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dark chocolate for hard cover (optional)
- Toppings: seeds, nuts or fruit of preference (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk of choice, Javy Instant Protein Coffee and Javy Mocha syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
- You can sprinkle a dash or cinnamon or cocoa powder, to enhance the flavor.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
- If you desire a hard chocolate cover, melt some dark chocolate and pour it over the chilled pudding before serving. Let it set in the refrigerator. it will provide a satisfying crunch to complement the creamy texture of the pudding.
- If desired, top with nuts or fruit before serving.
