Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 3/4 cup milk (or preferred milk alternative)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
For the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Foam:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
- 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional, for balance)
Directions
- In a tall glass, combine Javy Dirty Chai Coffee Concentrate, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup, cold water, and milk. Stir until fully mixed.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some room at the top for the cold foam.
- In a small bowl or cup, combine the heavy cream, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract (if using).
- Using a milk frother or an electric mixer, whip the cream mixture until it forms a light, airy foam (it should still be pourable but have some body).
- Gently pour or spoon the cinnamon caramel cream cold foam over the iced dirty chai latte.
