This Lemon Cream Cold Brew is a refreshing coffee drink with a creamy lemon-vanilla topping. Made with Javy Coffee Concentrate and Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, the zesty lemon and smooth vanilla cream create a unique, flavorful twist on your typical cold brew.
Ingredients
For the Cold Brew:
- 1–2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- 8 oz (1 cup) cold water
- Ice
For the Lemon Cream:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for more flavor)
Directions
- In a tall glass, combine 1–2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate with cold water. Stir well until the coffee is fully mixed.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup to sweeten the cold brew and stir. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the cold brew.
- In a small bowl, whisk or froth together heavy whipping cream, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest (if using). Whip the mixture until it forms a light, airy cream. The cream should be thick but still pourable.
- Gently pour or spoon the lemon cream over the iced cold brew.
- Optionally, garnish the drink with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
