Ingredients
For the Cold Brew:
  • 1–2 teaspoons Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon Javvy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • 8 oz (1 cup) cold water
  • Ice
For the Lemon Cream:
  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for more flavor)
Directions
    1.
    In a tall glass, combine 1–2 teaspoons of Javvy Coffee Concentrate with cold water. Stir well until the coffee is fully mixed.

    Add 1 tablespoon of Javvy Vanilla Coffee Syrup to sweeten the cold brew and stir. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the cold brew.

    In a small bowl, whisk or froth together heavy whipping cream, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest (if using). Whip the mixture until it forms a light, airy cream. The cream should be thick but still pourable.
    4.
    Gently pour or spoon the lemon cream over the iced cold brew.
    5.
    Optionally, garnish the drink with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
