Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 scoops Javvy Instant Protein Coffee
- 2 scoops Collagen Creamer
- 2-3 tablespoons Javvy Mocha Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, Javvy Instant Protein Coffee, Collagen Creamer, Javvy Mocha Coffee Syrup, chocolate chips, egg, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- 3Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- 4Flatten each cookie with a fork.
- 5Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6Allow cookies to cool before serving.
