These Protein Coffee Cookie Dough Balls are not only delicious but also packed with energy-sustaining protein and a hint of caffeine to kickstart your day. Enjoy them as a pre-workout snack or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 3 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee
- 1 cup of peanut butter or nut butter
- 1 scoop of Collagen Creamer
- 2 tablespoons of Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup or Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of melted chocolate
- Sprinkles or cocoa, to garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, Instant Protein Coffee, Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup pinch of salt, and Collagen Creamer. Stir until well combined.
- Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of water.
- Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate until completely covered. Then garnish with sprinkles or cocoa powder, if desired.
- Place them on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the plate of dough balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Once chilled, the Protein Coffee Cookie Dough Balls are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
