Ingredients
For the Cold Brew:
- 1–2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 6 oz (3/4 cup) cold water
- Ice
- A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, to garnish (optional)
For the Pumpkin Cream:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- In a glass, mix Javy Coffee Concentrate with cold water. Stir well and add ice cubes to your desired level of coldness.
- In a small bowl using a milk frother, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup.
- Froth until the cream thickens and becomes light and airy, forming a smooth foam.
- Gently pour the pumpkin cream over the cold brew, letting it float on top.
- Optionally, sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice on top of the pumpkin cream.
