This Iced Tiramisu Latte with Javy Coffee Concentrate and Vanilla Syrup is a treat for coffee and dessert lovers alike. It brings together the classic flavors of tiramisu in a refreshing iced coffee form, perfect for a pick-me-up or a delightful dessert drink.
Ingredients
Tiramisu Cream:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Javy Vanilla Syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened condensed milk (optional)
Tiramisu Coffee:
- 8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Syrup
- Ice
- Tiramisu cream
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, for dusting
- 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
- 1 ladyfinger cookie, to garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, milk, unsweetened condensed milk, and Javy Vanilla Syrup. Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the milk, Javy Coffee Concentrate and Vanilla Syrup. Stir to combine.
- Take the prepared tiramisu cream and generously spoon it over the iced coffee.
- Dust the top of the drink with cocoa powder, creating a tiramisu-like appearance. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings and ladyfinger cookies.
