Ingredients
Coffee Cream
  • 1-2 tsp of Javvy French Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Base
  • 50 mL English potato vodka
  • 1 tsp of coffee liquor
  • 15 mL simple syrup
  • 3 dashes of chocolate bitters
  • 4 coffee beans
  • Ice
Directions
    1.
    Begin making the whipped coffee cream by combining Javvy coffee, brown sugar, and hot water in a small bowl.
    2.
    Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients around 2-3 minutes until it turns light and fluffy. For more of a whipped cream texture, whip longer.

    Separately, add vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters to the glass.
    4.
    Add ice and stir to combine.
    5.
    Gently top drink with Dalgona foam. Garnish with coffee beans.
