
Spiked Coffee Cocktail with Coffee Foam

This cocktail is the perfect choice for when you’re feeling indecisive. It uses potato vodka, which adds a lovely creamy mouthfeel, and French Vanilla coffee concentrate, which adds a lovely coffee sweetness. The drink is topped with coffee foam and a coffee bean garnish, which adds a decadent finish to an already luxurious drink.
Ingredients
Coffee Cream
- 1-2 tsp of Javvy French Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Base
- 50 mL English potato vodka
- 1 tsp of coffee liquor
- 15 mL simple syrup
- 3 dashes of chocolate bitters
- 4 coffee beans
- Ice
Directions
- Begin making the whipped coffee cream by combining Javvy coffee, brown sugar, and hot water in a small bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients around 2-3 minutes until it turns light and fluffy. For more of a whipped cream texture, whip longer.
- Separately, add vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters to the glass.
- Add ice and stir to combine.
- Gently top drink with Dalgona foam. Garnish with coffee beans.
