Ingredients
- 1–2 scoops Javy Instant Protein Coffee
- 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (or almond flour for keto)
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup dried apples (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel sauce (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix Javy Instant Protein Coffee, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup, and rolled oats.
- Stir in almond butter and cinnamon. Mix well until fully combined.
- Gently fold in finely chopped dried apples and chia seeds (if using)
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) using your hands. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Optionally, sprinkle the protein bites with a little extra cinnamon or drizzle with caramel sauce.
