Ingredients

  • 1–2 scoops Javy Instant Protein Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (or almond flour for keto)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup dried apples (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Javy Instant Protein Coffee, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup, and rolled oats.
  2. Stir in almond butter and cinnamon. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in finely chopped dried apples and chia seeds (if using)
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) using your hands. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle the protein bites with a little extra cinnamon or drizzle with caramel sauce.
