This isn’t your average smoothie. Meet the Banana Bread Proffee Smoothie — creamy, caffeinated, and packed with protein. Tastes like dessert, fuels like breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Javvy Protein Coffee (flavor: French Vanilla or Caramel recommended)
- 1 medium ripe banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, for extra creaminess and protein)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, for banana bread vibes)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for fiber)
- 4–5 ice cubes (or more for a thicker smoothie)
- Optional sweetener: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter
Directions
- Brew the Coffee Base - Mix 1 scoop of Javvy Protein Coffee with 6–8 oz cold water. Stir or shake well until smooth. Let it chill if not already cold.
- Blend it Up - In a blender, add the banana, almond milk, yogurt, almond butter, spices, chia seeds, and the prepared Javvy Protein Coffee.
- Add Ice & Blend - Toss in ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste & Adjust - Taste and add sweetener or more cinnamon as needed.
- Serve - Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
