Ingredients

For the Protein Latte:

  • 1–2 scoops Javy Instant Protein Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) milk of choice
  • Ice

For the Black Sesame Cream Cold Foam:

  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • Black sesame seeds or drizzle of sesame paste, to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a shaker or cup, froth 1–2 scoops of Instant Protein Coffee with milk until fully dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving room at the top for the cold foam.
  2. In a small bowl, mix or whip the black sesame seeds, Javy Vanilla Coffee Syrup, the heavy cream (or coconut cream) using a handheld frother or whisk until it forms a light, airy foam.
  3. Spoon or gently pour the black sesame cream cold foam over the iced protein latte.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle black sesame seeds on top or drizzle extra sesame paste.
