Coffee Coconut Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)

Indulge in the creamy and delightful flavors of Coconut with this easy-to-make, lower-calorie ice cream using the Ninja Creami. Coconut Collagen, blended with coconut cream and drizzled with coconut shreds, is truly a match made in heaven.
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- ½ cup canned coconut milk
- 2 scoops Collagen Creamer
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Optional toppings: Shredded coconut, a drizzle of coconut cream, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine the ingredients and mix well in a bowl. If preferred, you can mix using a blender.
- Taste and sweeten to your desired sweetness with granulated sweetener.
- Transfer to ninja container with lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the lid from the container Place in the Ninja Creami Select the lite ice cream button.
- After the first initial process check the consistency of your icecream. If it goes smooth it doesn't require a respin. If it still appears crumbly then hit the respin button (add in 1-2 tablespoons of milk if really crumbly)
- Once the ice cream is ready, carefully pour it into your favorite mug. If desired, garnish with shredded coconut, a drizzle of coconut cream, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
