Ingredients

  • 1 scoop cookies and cream gelato (or vanilla ice cream)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Javvy Coffee Concentrate (We recommend using our Cookies N' Cream flavor)
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz) how water
  • 1 tablespoon Javvy Mocha Coffee Syrup
  • Whipped cream and crushed cookies for topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix Javvy Coffee Concentrate and Javvy Mocha Coffee Syrup with hot water. Stir until combined.
  2. Place a scoop of cookies and cream gelato in a serving glass.
  3. Pour a shot of hot Javvy Coffee over the gelato.
  4. Allow the coffee to melt the gelato slightly.
  5. Add toppings of choice, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious contrast of hot coffee and cold gelato!
