Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Drizzle of caramel sauce
- A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir well until fully combined.
- Stir in Javy Coffee Concentrate, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the oats soak up the flavors.
