Ingredients
8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
1-2 teaspoons Javvy Coffee Concentrate
1 tablespoon ube powder
Tapioca pearls (boba)
1-2 tablespoons Javvy Caramel Syrup
1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Kitchen torch for brûlée effect

Directions

In a glass, a generous amount of prepared tapioca pearls. Add ice cubes on top.

Add half of the milk, Javvy Coffee Concentrate and Javvy Caramel Syrup and stir well. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.

In a separate container, mix the rest of the milk and ube extract using a milk frother or electric frother until foamy and creamy.

Pour the Ube foam on top of the coffee, creating a purple layer.
5.
For a brûlée topping, sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the top of the latte. Using a kitchen torch, carefully torch the sugar until it caramelizes and forms a brûlée crust.

Use a straw or a stirring stick to mix the layers together for a delightful combination of flavors and textures.
