Ingredients
For the Cold Brew Base:
  • 2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup cold water or milk (milk = creamier; water = bolder coffee)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or coconut syrup (to taste)
  • Ice
For the Coconut Cream Foam:
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (the thick part from a chilled can)
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (balances sweetness)
Optional Toppings:
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Crushed macadamia or almonds
  • Coconut sugar dust
Directions
    1.
    Using a frother or blender, mix: Coconut cream, milk, and sweetener
    2.
    Blend until light, fluffy, and pourable. Chill if needed.
    3.
    Fill a glass with ice
    4.
    Add 2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
    5.
    Pour in cold water or milk
    6.
    Stir in sweetener, if desired
    7.
    Spoon or pour the coconut cream foam over your cold brew.
    8.
    Top with toasted coconut flakes or a light sprinkle of coconut sugar for a tropical finish.
