
Sautéed Dates Latte

Ingredients
For the sauteed dates
- 1/3 cup pitted Medjool dates (about 6–7 dates)
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup water
For the Latte
- 2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup ice
- Optional topping: cold foam, cinnamon dust, or a drizzle of date syrup
Directions
- In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter
- Add pitted dates, cinnamon, and salt.
- Sauté for 3–5 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Add water and mash into a thick paste. Let cool slightly.
- Then mix date paste with a splash of warm milk to loosen it.
- Fill a glass with ice, add milk, and stir in the date paste.
- Pour Javvy Coffee Concentrate over top and stir.
- Top with foam or a light sprinkle of cinnamon. For extra indulgence, drizzle with more date paste or syrup.
