This refreshing drink blends creamy coconut and smooth coffee for a high-protein boost that tastes like you're working remote from a beach. Sip it cold, sip it strong, it’s sunshine with benefits.
Ingredients
- 1-2 scoop Javvy Protein Coffee (Coconut Mocha or Vanilla Recommended)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned for creaminess or carton for lighter texture)
- 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Handful of ice
Optional Toppings:
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Coconut whipped cream
Directions
- In a blender or shaker, combine: Javvy Protein Coffee, Coconut milk, Vanilla, salt, sweetener, and, ice
- Blend or shake until frothy and well combined.
- Pour into a tall glass over more ice.
- Garnish with toasted coconut or whipped topping for a tropical finish.
