
Lavender Coconut Latte

Your morning just got a glow-up, meet the Lavender Coconut Latte: bold Javvy Coffee Concentrate, dreamy coconut creamer, and a whisper of lavender to keep it calm and caffeinated.
Ingredients
- 1–2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate - we recommend Coconut Caramel Cookie
- 1/2 cup hot water (for hot latte) or cold water (for iced)
- 1 scoop Javvy Collagen Coconut Creamer (dissolved in ½ cup of water)
- 1/2 tsp culinary-grade dried lavender (or 1 tsp lavender simple syrup)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice (for iced version)
Optional Garnishes
- Dried lavender buds (for topping)
- Coconut flakes (lightly toasted for texture)
Directions
- In a small saucepan or cup, steep the dried lavender in 2 tbsp of hot water for 3–4 minutes.
- Strain the lavender out, keeping the infused water.
- If using lavender syrup, skip this step and go straight to mixing.
- In a glass or mug, combine: Javvy Coffee Concentrate, Lavender-infused water or syrup, Honey/maple syrup (if using)
- Pour in the Javvy Collagen Coconut Creamer - For hot lattes, warm it slightly and froth for a creamy texture. For iced, froth and pour directly over.
- Serve - For iced: Add ice cubes, stir well, and garnish. For hot: Top with extra foam and a sprinkle of dried lavender or coconut.
