Ingredients
For the Cold Brew:
  • 2 tsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  • 3/4 cup cold water or milk of choice
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
For the Pecan Cream Cold Foam:
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or thick non-dairy cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1–2 tsp pecan butter or finely blended toasted pecans
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: dash of cinnamon or vanilla
Garnish (optional, but amazing):
  • Crushed candied pecans
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Maple drizzle
Directions
    1.
    Using a frother or small blender, combine: Heavy cream, milk, pecan butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt Froth until thick, creamy, and pourable. Set aside.
    2.
    Fill a tall glass with ice.
    3.
    Add 2 tbsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate.
    4.
    Top with cold water or milk.
    5.
    Stir in maple syrup for a hint of sweetness.
    6.
    Pour the pecan cream cold foam over the cold brew.
    7.
    Sprinkle with crushed pecans or a light cinnamon dusting. Sip and indulge.
