Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/4 cup ube halaya (purple yam jam) – homemade or store-bought
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, almond, or soy all work well)
  • 1/2 tsp ube extract (for flavor and vibrant color)
  • 1–2 tsp condensed milk or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • Optional topping: coconut cream foam, ube whipped cream, or toasted coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a mixing cup or shaker, combine ube halaya, ube extract, and milk. Stir or shake vigorously until the ube is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add condensed milk or sweetener if you prefer a sweeter drink. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice to the top.
  4. Pour the ube milk mixture over the ice. Then add in Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  5. Stir before sipping if desired, or top with coconut foam for a creamy twist. Enjoy immediately!
