Say hello to your new favorite purple pick-me-up, the Ube Iced Coffee from Javvy Coffee. Made with our coffee concentrate and sweet, nutty ube, this vibrant drink is as delicious as it is eye-catching. Cool, creamy, and totally unforgettable.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Javvy Coffee Concentrate
- 1/4 cup ube halaya (purple yam jam) – homemade or store-bought
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, almond, or soy all work well)
- 1/2 tsp ube extract (for flavor and vibrant color)
- 1–2 tsp condensed milk or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Optional topping: coconut cream foam, ube whipped cream, or toasted coconut flakes
Directions
- In a mixing cup or shaker, combine ube halaya, ube extract, and milk. Stir or shake vigorously until the ube is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add condensed milk or sweetener if you prefer a sweeter drink. Stir to incorporate.
- Fill a tall glass with ice to the top.
- Pour the ube milk mixture over the ice. Then add in Javvy Coffee Concentrate
- Stir before sipping if desired, or top with coconut foam for a creamy twist. Enjoy immediately!
