Creamy overnight oats infused with bold espresso, layered with protein-packed goodness, and a dusting of cocoa. Tastes like tiramisu, fuels like breakfast, high in protein, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
For the Oats Base
- 1-2 scoop Javvy Protein Coffee – Tiramisu flavor
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for creamier texture)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Cream Layer:
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese (or more yogurt if preferred)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: splash of milk for thinning
Toppings (optional)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Crushed ladyfinger biscuit
- Shaved dark chocolate
Directions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, salt, and Javvy Protein Coffee – Tiramisu flavor.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- Mix together Greek yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla in a small bowl.
- Optional: add a splash of milk for a lighter texture.
- In the morning, stir the oats and layer the cream mixture on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder, and top with ladyfingers or dark chocolate if desired.
