Ingredients
For the whipped coffee layer:
  • 2 tablespoons Javvy Coffee Concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Javvy Coffee - Sugar-free syrup (caramel works best)
  • 2 tablespoons water
For the coconut milk base:
  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can, well-shaken or stirred)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (optional, to thin it slightly)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes
Optional toppings:
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
Directions
    1.
    In a mixing bowl, combine Javvy Coffee, sugar, and water.
    2.
    Whip using a hand whisk, milk frother, or electric mixer until fluffy and pale (3–5 minutes by hand, less with an electric tool).

    You should get a smooth, thick foam with soft peaks.
    4.
    In a glass, combine the coconut milk, coconut water (if using), and vanilla extract.
    5.
    Stir well and fill the glass with ice cubes.
    6.
    Spoon the whipped Javvy Coffee over the iced coconut mixture.
    7.
    Let it cascade down for a beautiful layered look, or stir before sipping for a creamy iced coffee experience.

    Top with cocoa powder or a light drizzle of coconut cream for an indulgent touch.
